Questions
Inside Kocaeli we deliver products by appointment with our own vehicles. Which products can be shipped by cargo outside Kocaeli is stated on each product page; a product marked “Kocaeli only” is delivered only inside Kocaeli.
We offer a free site visit for landscaping work inside Kocaeli. The visit is non-binding; we measure the area and check the level difference, the soil and the water on site. Once your needs and the installation details are clear, we prepare a quote and share it with you.
In the climate of Kocaeli the best time is September to mid-November, the second best March to May. Turf is not laid from December to February. June to August is possible but costly, because it needs watering twice a day.
There is no general minimum for the cart. Some products, turf rolls for example, have a minimum order quantity, which you see on the product page. For smaller amounts we suggest seed.
We offer support after installation. We also offer a monthly maintenance contract: mowing, pruning, fertilising, spraying and an irrigation check.
Return and exchange conditions are set out on the “Returns and delivery terms” page. We check live plants and turf rolls together with you at delivery, so report any damaged product before the vehicle leaves.
